As a presenting student or postdoc, you will be offered free lodging at Campus North Residential Commons, which is a 15-minute walk from the meeting venue. You will be assigned to a double room (for which you will be paired with another attendee of the same gender) or a single room, depending on availability. Standard lodging covers the nights of Sunday, August 9; Monday, August 10; and Tuesday, August 11. If you signed up for the APS tour on the meeting registration form, you may also request lodging for Wednesday, August 12, as the group will return to campus in the evening (we expect by 6:30pm at the latest).
