APS Proposal Deadline 2026-1

A reminder to all interested SEES Users that the deadline for APS Proposals and Experiment Time Requests for Run Cycle 2026-1 is Wed. Oct 22 at 2:00 PM (Chicago time)
Submit new general user proposals or time requests against existing proposals (ETR’s) using the Universal Proposal System: https://ups.servicenowservices.com/ups
All SEES beamlines at the APS (Sector 13, 3-ID, 6-BM-B) will be accepting general user proposals. Stations 13-ID-C and 13-ID-D are accepting proposals, but remain in scientific commissioning for 2026-1.
Users submitting new proposals are strongly encouraged to reach out not beamline staff before submission to evaluate any feasibility questions.
